“It was daunting at first, as it’s quite easy to be bombarded with a whole lot of average photographers and, end up making the wrong choice! When we came across Moving pictures’ portfolio, we drooled over it. We were head over heels over Anirudh and Kirthana’s work.
They do go above and beyond to make sure that our pictures come out to be perfect. Anirudh visited the venue a month prior to the wedding, to give a lot of ideas to the decorator to explain where the ‘Mandap’ and ‘stage’ should be placed to get the perfect lighting.

“A wedding is so much more than an event? it?s a story ? of love, passion, anticipation, drama, and of course naach, gaana and khaana! It’s hard to capture the essence of it, especially via still photography but Anirudh & Kirthana made sure they brought our wedding alive through a compelling narrative. Moving Pictures truly told our story through the photographs they captured. Their approach to our wedding photography was documentary in nature, just like we wanted it. I mean, there were bound to be a few staged and choreographed ones ? after all, what is a wedding without some dramatic moments - but for most part they captured our day the way it naturally flowed, framing those fleeting, precious moments for a lifetime. A BIG plus of having these two shoot for you on your special day is that they are super easy and relaxed in their approach - they work *with you* rather than have you work to suit *their vision*. Which honestly is such a refreshing change because on your special day you don’t want to focus on anything other than yourselves. Did I mention that they’re also lovely and fun individuals? A great attitude means that they don’t fret if things are running late (or if they do, they certainly don’t let you know!) or pester you to pose while you’re in the middle of something - they’re almost invisible in fact. “Starting with a big ‘thank you’ to both Kirthana and Anirudh for the stellar job they did. You guys are awesome and my wife and I would do it again, just for the photoshoot. As the process goes, one gets to see the shoot results after the wedding ceremonies are complete. True to this, seeing our pictures for the first, we were stoked and overwhelmed with the quality of the captures (and how much resembled Jon Hamm .....hahahhaa) The part that I liked the most was neither Kirthana nor Anirudh were non-intrusive in the ceremonies. They were there celebrating with us but still doing their task. Wearing smiles like light bulbs and occasional jokes by the two really help brings the stress of wedding down.
